How It Works

My proven 4-step process to help you achieve your fitness goals while having fun

Preparation

Before our first session, I’ll send you instructions on what to prepare. This ensures we maximize every minute of training.

Before our first introductory session, I will send you precise details about everything you need to prepare in advance for the training. This way we will ensure that there are no unnecessary time wasters and that the training will be continuous without interruptions from the first minute to the last.

Assessment

Our first online meeting where I assess your fitness level, goals, and history through targeted questions and basic exercises.

This is actually our first meeting online where I will ask you a series of questions and then I will diagnose your level through a series of basic exercises that will give me a measure of your abilities, so I will know what our starting point is. This stage is crucial so that I can get as much information from you as possible about: your goals, what is your training and injury history, what is the hardest thing for you in training, what is your physical level, and more. With this information I will be able to build a training program at a difficulty level that suits you and your character. In addition, I will explain to you what is possible to achieve in training, what methods and areas we will focus on in training.

Training

Progressive training 1-3 times per week with regular check-ins. Each session builds on the previous one for optimal results.

From the second training onwards, we will gradually progress in fitness level every week according to how your body will react after each training. If you asked me for nutritional advice then we will do weighing every two weeks. In addition, after each training the next day I will update with you what the body condition is. The gradual increase in training will ensure productive training that will advance us quite quickly to the goals we set and also this way the training will be more challenging and interesting and the body will look much better over time. The weighings we will do will help us understand where we are and what needs to be improved. The update I will receive from you after each training will help me understand how to build the next training, reduce/increase load and which exercises were good and what needs to be changed.

Once you started training with me, I treat your training like treatments – I will give you lots of tips on daily behavior that will improve your health, energy, sleep, various pains in the body and many more things I learned and researched over the years.

My Story

After receiving my certification from Wingate Institute with honors, I’ve dedicated the last 12 years to helping people transform their relationship with fitness. What drives me most is seeing the frustration on people’s faces when they come to me – unmotivated and discouraged, training only because they feel they have to.

I understand them because I was once there too.
