How It Works

Preparation
Before our first session, I’ll send you instructions on what to prepare. This ensures we maximize every minute of training.

Assessment
Our first online meeting where I assess your fitness level, goals, and history through targeted questions and basic exercises.

Training
Progressive training 1-3 times per week with regular check-ins. Each session builds on the previous one for optimal results.
From the second training onwards, we will gradually progress in fitness level every week according to how your body will react after each training. If you asked me for nutritional advice then we will do weighing every two weeks. In addition, after each training the next day I will update with you what the body condition is. The gradual increase in training will ensure productive training that will advance us quite quickly to the goals we set and also this way the training will be more challenging and interesting and the body will look much better over time. The weighings we will do will help us understand where we are and what needs to be improved. The update I will receive from you after each training will help me understand how to build the next training, reduce/increase load and which exercises were good and what needs to be changed.

I’m Moshe Bin, a certified personal trainer with 12 years of experience. I help people enjoy fitness and achieve results without wasting time.
My Story
After receiving my certification from Wingate Institute with honors, I’ve dedicated the last 12 years to helping people transform their relationship with fitness. What drives me most is seeing the frustration on people’s faces when they come to me – unmotivated and discouraged, training only because they feel they have to.
I understand them because I was once there too. I trained for years in a monotonous way that brought results due to the knowledge I gained, but at some point I realized I didn’t want to just lift weights and train in a ‘dry’ way. I needed to turn training into something fun to look forward to instead of dreading it.
I helped myself find a way that would make me persist and love training, and this is the way I pass on to my trainees today. The workouts I do for my trainees have become much more energetic, flowing and most importantly achieving results. Today it’s much more than just a workout I give them, it’s a friendly meeting enriched with knowledge in areas that interest both sides, this creates strong chemistry and desire to persist – and that’s the key, turning training into a hobby without giving up on the goals.
